Blue Oak Square is a seven-story, 181-unit affordable housing community that provides a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes for individuals and family households earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income. Brand new apartments are available for immediate occupancy. As of March 2026, we are actively leasing 2–4-bedroom homes at the 70% AMI level. All homes within the 30–60% AMI levels have been fully reserved. We anticipate opening a waitlist for the 30–60% AMI homes in July 2026. We look forward to welcoming you to Blue Oak Square!
