Blue Oak Square Apartments

Blue Oak Square is a seven-story, 181-unit affordable housing community that provides a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartment homes for individuals and family households earning between 30% and 70% of the area median income. Brand new apartments are available for immediate occupancy.  Please submit your application via the ‘Application + Criteria for Residency" tab in the main menu, and also feel free to utilize the Affordable Housing Roadmap, Income Calculator, and Income Guidelines and Rental Rates found on our Helpful Resources page.

Applications for our 70% of the area median income units will be accepted beginning October 6th on our online portal. All other waitlists are closed.
